We're able to easily quantify these performance indicators, which consequently enables us to present concrete examples of various aspects of our business practice.

As one example, we collate such figures as the percentage of packages sent out correctly and delivered on time each month, or we compare our pricing to that of our competitors. In analysing such data, we are able to gauge how our overall efficiency and competitiveness is affected.

These indicators also help us to see how, and in what areas, we can improve.
