Since the company started in 2004 Thumbs Up (USA) Ltd has built a great reputation for providing cool and innovative products and efficient service.

At Thumbs Up you will find the latest gadgets, toys and novelties, as well as the fashionable and exciting range of light-light up t-shirts. Many of our products are exclusive and developed in-house so they can’t be found anywhere else.

We have also forged strong partnerships with several independent manufacturers to bring products to the market that we think our customers will love. These include a huge range of the best radio-controlled flying toys in the world as well as gadgets and novelties that range from the essential to the amusingly useless.

Thumbs Up’s products are supported by strong marketing and PR support. This benefits retailers as sales are driven by large amounts of coverage on the Internet as well as in the consumer media and on TV.

Safety and Ethics

Safety concerns in the toy industry made big news in 2007. Thumbs Up would like to reassure its customers that none of these issues affected the company and all of its products are fully safety tested so that they either meet or exceed CE and e-Mark (where relevant) requirements. Our electronic products also all meet the RoHS directive requirements.

In addition, the team at Thumbs Up takes our social responsibilities very seriously. We ensure that all products are ethically sourced and manufactured in factories that are regularly inspected, and in many cases are also well-known to us as we often visit them ourselves.

ISO9001

Following an assessment by an independent Quality Management Systems assessor in September 2008, Thumbs Up (USA) Ltd met the rigid standards and requirements of the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification program and has been registered as an ISO 9001 compliant company.

In addition, Thumbs Up (USA) Ltd has also been awarded ISO 14001 certification for environmental standards. ISO 9001 certification has only been achieved by around 5% of businesses and 14001 certification by less than 1%. These awards demonstrate Thumb’s Up’s commitment to excellence and ongoing development in quality.

Thumbs Up’s clients and customers can send us their web banners in order to help promote their website. This is an advantage for two reasons:

a) Retail customers that find our site are referred to a online retailer

b) It will increase your Google rankings.

Minimum Order

We have no mimimum order value, instead a minimum qty value per product. We understand that you may not require box quantities so we are happy to break boxes for you.

Shipping

Thumbs Up can ship anywhere within the USA for next working day delivery provided product is in stock.

We have great rates for USA and international dispatch with respectable couriers.

Warranty

All our products have a 12 month warranty against faults and we will credit your account upon RMA process completion. Please refer to terms and conditions and RMA section of our website.
